I have deferred writing this blog post for several weeks now.
I didn’t want to seem very odd for you because this article is kind of out there. But then again, with a strange name like mine, how can I expect you to think otherwise? Of course, this is just one of my flimsy excuses to delay the inevitable.
It appears that I’m strategically placed to take on this uncomfortable responsibility of smashing obsolete paradigms, breaking toxic beliefs and bringing in vital information that most people would not bother to consider.
Like I have said before, nothing is a coincidence. I have been positioned in such a way that I am able to write what needs to be communicated.
I am neither religious nor moralistic, but I tend to think differently, sometimes way too differently than most people. I am also very much open to new ideas and better ways of doing things.
These ideas which interest me have scientific basis. That’s probably why I am a good vehicle to write on the subject of feeling based prayer to obtain abundance.
Prayer is an essential part of life. We all pray for blessings, strength, forgiveness and to be one with our God.
I am not in any way trying to impose anything on you. So, let’s just pretend that the only purpose for this write-up is to hone this scribe’s skill and maybe for you to acquire some interesting information on the side.
CONNECTION BETWEEN HEART AND MIND
Before I begin, allow me to show you a video of former geologist and best selling author Gregg Braden explaining the mind-heart connection. He also explains how heart-mind coherence is important not just in relieving stress but also in obtaining your heart’s desire whether it be material wealth, good health, perfect relationship.
ANATOMY OF A PRAYER
You have been faithful to your financial goals. You have done the hard work. You continue to save money and invest in various financial vehicles. Now you are asking the Divine Spirit for more guidance.
Have you been asking God the same thing over and over yet nothing tangible is happening in your life?
Have you beseeched Heaven for things that mortals usually want: wealth, abundance, love, physical and emotional healing ?
Have you tried various positions of imploring the Supreme Being: standing up, sitting down, kneeling, bowing down but still these do not work in your favor? Is it better to pray in a church building or out in nature, you ask? Should you do it in the morning when you get up or at night before you go to bed for your prayer to be effective?
Far too often, many believe that if they do not say exactly the right things, or pray in the right position or do it in a holy place, God will not answer their prayer. That’s a whole lot of crap, if you ask me.
God has created a benevolent universe that exists to take your orders; whatever you want, you get as long as it doesn’t go against the laws of nature.
Yes, everyone deserves the best life can offer; even those you call “sinners”. Why would the God of love who gives humans free choice punish them for making mistakes? It just doesn’t make sense to me or to any logical mind.
It just seems to me that humans are the only ones doing the punishment to themselves and to other people.
Karma isn’t punishment by the way; it is merely how the universe works — what you sow, you reap.
So, why didn’t you get what you wanted from God? What went wrong?
Hasn’t it crossed your mind that you may have sabotaged yourself ?
Your thoughts, words and feelings are contradicting each other. You are asking for something but you feel (subconsciously) that you don’t deserve to get it. What’s worst is you even wrote down the reasons why you can’t have what you begged God.
You are sending mixed signals. Your thoughts are not in harmony with your feelings. How is the universe suppose to take your order? Of course, it will follow the strongest signal coming from you — your emotions.
THE LOST MODE OF PRAYER
Have you heard about the water experiment of Dr. Masaru Emoto?
Masaru Emoto carried out very interesting experiments with water at critical point for freezing. He claims that words expressing emotions have effect on the crystals formed in the process.
Emoto also reports that words with positive emotional contents produce beautiful crystals and those with negative emotional content generate ugly ones.
This experiment proves that humans can affect their environment through words and emotions.
Gregg Braden, a former geologist and currently best-selling new age author, explained it very well in his book “Secrets of the Lost Mode of Prayer.”
This mode of prayer is based on the lost gospel of Thomas because it is believed to be the actual words of Jesus as he was teaching those around him how to use the power of emotion in his life.
To unleash the force of the Divine Matrix in your life, first you have to understand how it works and science tells you how this works. Secondly, you must speak the language that the Divine Matrix recognizes.
So, what did Jesus and other spiritual masters say about this universal language of the Divine Matrix? They understand that there is a field of energy around us and we have the language to use that field.
In the lost gospel of Thomas there are two very important keys we need to remember: one is “feeling is the prayer”, two is “we must feel as if our prayers have already been answered.”
As Gregg Braden says, if your thought and emotion become one and at peace with each other, it creates a potent language of feeling that the Divine Matrix recognizes. The field around you does not recognize your voice (so no amount of well placed words in a prayer can do the trick); the field recognizes only the electrical energy emanating from your heart. So when you create the feeling in your heart as if your prayers have been answered that creates the magnetic waves that bring the answer to you.
In the King James version of the bible, John 16:23-24, Jesus says, “whatsoever you ask in my name, he will give it to you. Hitherto have ye ask nothing in my name: ask and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.” This is the edited version. Unfortunately, the translators of the original document in Aramaic deleted the sentences that tells you how to ask.
In the retranslated version of the Aramaic document by Neil Douglas Klotz with the previously deleted sentences included, it says
“Jesus said: All things that you ask straightly, directly, that you desire – like an arrow to its mark, like birds to their watering place— from the Breathing Life of All, Father-Mother of the Cosmos, with my shem— my experience, my Light and Sound, my Atmosphere, my Word: from inside my Name— you will be given. So far you haven’t done this.
So ask without hidden motive and be surrounded by your answer— be enveloped by what you desire— that your gladness be full— that the joy of goals met here may continue its story to perfection in Unity— that the animal life in you find its lover in the Cosmos.” This is the full text with the instructions on how to ask the holy Father.
Ask without attachment to the outcome; feel as if you are surrounded by the answer and enveloped by what you desire whether it be wealth, abundance, a fulfilling life.
FEEL AS IF YOUR PRAYER HAS BEEN ANSWERED
Rather than the sense of helplessness, a feeling-based prayer acknowledges your ability to communicate with the intelligent force that most of us believe in. It is a full-body experience, involving all of your senses to control your destiny.
Without any words, without any outward physical expression, this mode of prayer simply invites you to feel a clear and powerful feeling as if your prayers have already been answered. Through this intangible “language,” you participate in the healing of your body, the abundance that comes to your friends and family, and the peace in your country.
You are always feeling in each moment of your life. While you may not always be aware of just what you’re feeling, you are feeling nonetheless. If feeling is the prayer and you’re always feeling, then that means you’re always in a state of prayer.
I know that you are a highly emotional person, my friend, and you feel deeply for everyone and almost every issue in this world. Remember, this makes you a very powerful force that can create abundance for yourself, change people and the world we live.
Please be careful what you pray for because you just might get it.
Everyday, you’re always sending a message to the supreme Being whether you are aware of it or not, signaling healing or disease, peace or war, honoring or dishonoring your relationships with those you love.
Again, please be careful what you pray for it could affect not just you but also other people.
As what new age philosophers would say, “Life” is the Mind of God mirroring to us what we feel deeply —what we’ve fervently prayed.
