My supernatural training

A crowd of protesters rallied in front of the office building opposing a legislation which I could no longer recall.

Security personnel at the main entrance hurriedly called up the DTI guard to give notice as 3 leaders of  dissidents climbed the flight of steps towards our office. They wanted an audience with the DTI management.

It was a tense moment.

The only people available at the regional office during that juncture were 3 division chiefs, 6 technical staff and me.

A quick decision had to be made.

The division chiefs resolved that only one should face the visitors so as not to intimidate them. They looked at me and said, ” it has to be you ; you have been trained for this and you are female. They will go easy on you.”

It was too late to disagree, the men were already at the front door of the regional office.

So I excused myself to use the lavatory for a few minutes. I needed to do something to calm myself. This ritual involved deep breathing, white light visualization, thoughts of peace and a fervent, emotional prayer.

In my mind, I covered the visitors and office entrance with whitish blue light to suck and dilute the dark energy. I rarely talk about this practice because it sounds dubiously mystical to most people .

At that time, I didn’t know that there was a science behind the use of colors of light to heal physical and emotional wounds. I just knew that it worked for me.

As I got out of the washroom and walked towards the front door, I saw three burly, muscular men who were nearly 6 feet tall waiting impatiently with arms crossed, defiant and ready for conflict.

Here I was, a diminutive girl with heart pounding and body trembling. I felt like David meeting 3 Goliaths.

Something within myself prompted me to simply introduce myself.

I stopped midway and greeted them.   “Hi !  I’m Joji Villamor, info officer of DTI7.  Unsay akong ikaalagad ninyo, sir?,” giving them my biggest smile.  I kept telling myself to go full blast on my arsenal of charm. “Don’t take this personally,” I reminded myself, “angry people are usually those who are emotionally wounded. “

I extended my right hand to the men as a friendly gesture while keeping the grin on my face.

From the expression on their faces, I wasn’t the person they expected to meet them.

Suddenly, one of them said, “I know her” as he turned to his companion at his right, “She’s a relative of  Carmen mayor Villamor. They are good people; they will listen to us,” he adds in the vernacular.

Gradually, their grumpy faces softened. All 3 men approached me for a handshake. I knew then that everything was going to be alright.

Thank God for the mayor relative who welcomed them and listened to their complaints. Whoever that relative is (didn’t know the mayor then since I’m not keen on politics), he saved my hide.

The meeting ended with an exchange of calling cards. I did promise to relay their message to my agency superiors.

UNUSUAL REQUEST
The close call made me realize that I couldn’t rely merely on my own human abilities. These were not fail safe. I realized that if something similar will happen again in the future, someone is bound to get hurt.

I prayed to God for a supernatural training. I didn’t know exactly what is a supernatural training but the words just suddenly popped out of my head. I trusted the Heavens to know what it meant and arrange everything for me.

One day, while having lunch with my sister at Wellnessland Health Institute and Vegan Cafe in Sikatuna, I came upon a poster bannering a seminar on the 3 brains to be conducted that same day by certified BodyTalk practitioner Penelope Reyes.

Knowing the fact that we have three brains ( HEAD brain, HEART brain, and GUT brain ) aroused my curiosity so I stayed at Wellnessland for 3  more hours to listen to Penelope.

According to her, the head, heart, and gut brains work together and perform different mental and emotional roles. The head brain analyzes information and applies logic. The heart brain senses the world through emotion and feelings. The gut brain is used for understanding our identity and who we are in the world. The gut brain also helps us learn self-preservation by teaching us to follow our instinct.

After the seminar, she went through the small crowd of participants to hold mini conversations. One participant inquired about the Intuition Training and BodyTalk Cortices Technique.

Before the COVID outbreak, Wellnessland Health Institute had a regular schedule for Penelope to conduct her intuition trainings and BodyTalk seminars. In one of those trainings I was introduced to an entirely different world that is beyond the scope of familiar physical laws.

WHEN THE STUDENT IS READY, THE TEACHER WILL APPEAR
Miss Penelope Reyes offered intuition development trainings to enhance the practice of Body Talk Access.

From her website, it says that “Penelope discovered BodyTalk Access in 2014 when she was living in the Philippines.  It greatly improved her physical health, emotional health, and mental focus. She then became inspired to learn more about this alternative healthcare system and later became a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner (CBP) herself,  opening a clinic in Southern Portugal.

Miss Penelope Reyes, Certified BodyTalk Practitioner

Passionate about building awareness and promoting education, she regularly conducted BodyTalk presentations and coordinated BodyTalk Access courses around Algarve and Lisbon, Portugal.

In June 2018, she relocated back to the Philippines and started her BodyTalk practice near Dumaguete City, where she aspires to activate the interest in BodyTalk and grow the matrix.

Penelope happily integrates her intuition trainings, professional experience in environmental management, Permaculture design, and herbal medicine into her BodyTalk practice.”

INTUITION TRAININGS
Until recently, there was little compelling scientific evidence supporting the very existence of intuition.

In 2016, scientists addressed this by conducting experiments that found that subconscious emotional information can boost decision accuracy and speed up response times.

There are ways to develop the intuitive process to enhance decision making skill.  These are not  just superpowers some individuals possess.

Man’s intuitive learning systems are always operating and accumulating information and beliefs, mostly without conscious awareness.

To this end, one way to develop intuition is to actively seek out environments that provide desirable learning opportunities such as attending seminars and conferences like what I just did and constant practice with intuition graduates (graduates of Penelope’s intuition training meet at least once a month to practice and hone intuition skill).

An area of particular relevance to therapists is social intuition, which involves making (largely nonconscious) decisions about others’ emotions, attitudes, and intentions.

Nonverbal decoding, or the reading of body language, plays a vital role in intuitive processing. Not only do we read other people’s nonverbal cues to make judgments, but we are also constantly communicating our own internal state, usually without conscious attention.

According to studies, the skill of social intuition improves from childhood to adulthood which indicates that it can be learned. As with other skills, the suggested route to improvement is paying attention, practice, reflection and meditation.

However, caution is advised; while intuitive social judgments can be accurate, they are also prone to errors and biases.

UNUSUAL WAY TO FIND THINGS AND PEOPLE
Remote viewing is another aspect of intuition. Traveling clairvoyance is the ability to project one’s consciousness or awareness to a distant place and describe accurately what’s there.

Remote viewing was scientifically investigated and studied at the Stanford Research Institute (now called SRI Institute) in Menlo Park, California, for 20 years (1970 to 1990) under the direction of two skeptical physicists, Russell Targ and Harold Puthoff, with the help of several outstanding psychics, like Ingo Swann and Harold Price.

After 20 years of research, the scientists revealed that remote viewing is a scientific fact and almost anybody, with proper training, can do it successfully.

Penelope modified and simplified the experimental protocol developed by Doctors Tag and Puthoff with a similar success rate.

In her version of remote viewing, she gave participants in her class an actual case —- a missing car and driver.  She provided us the car’s plate number and asked us what happened to the car and the driver.

After a brief explanation of the situation,  she guided the participants to a mentally relaxed state, technically called the alpha brain wave.

Given only the automobile’s plate number and name of the driver, she asked participants to project their consciousness or awareness to the car and describe in detail what they see. In her years of conducting this exercise, majority of the class was able to successfully perform remote viewing.

After teaching remote viewing for years, Penelope like many before her learned so much about the many hidden powers of the human mind, and also about the true nature of reality.

Currently, Penelope’s intuition practitioners, which includes me, meet every month at night via Zoom to practice (I have been unable to join group practices in 2021 since I’m usually  asleep) , strengthen innate abilities and to harness the collective power of a small group to serve the common good (the group helps people achieve emotional and physical healing) Research has shown that by helping others, we are greatly benefitted and are also healed.

SOUL COMMUNICATION
Penelope’s intuition training is a whole day course. But in this article, I’d like to share an interesting portion of  the training taught by some psychics — soul communication.

When we want to talk to a person far away, we assume our only way of communicating is via text,  phone, letter, email or in person.

But sometimes physical distance, a rift in the relationship or inability to express oneself to the person prevent us from direct communication.

In these cases, we can still speak to the person if we connect to their higher self.

Please note that the succeeding information are for those who are open minded and are looking for other avenues to communicate with friends and loved ones while maintaining physical distancing during the COVID pandemic.

The higher self is the oversoul; the person we are when we are not inhabiting our bodies.

If we want to speak to someone and send them love, encouragement, hope, or something equally lovely, and we cannot reach them directly, then we can communicate this energy to their higher self.

To do this properly, make sure the person you will be communicating is asleep. This is usually done successfully late at night.  When the receiver is asleep, communication lines are clearer when the mind of the other person is not interfering.

Lay down in a quiet place where you are alone and won’t be disturbed. Relax your body starting from the toes and working your way to the head.

Try to be in a mentally relaxed state, technically called the alpha brain wave.

Once you are fully relaxed physically, then imagine you are walking up a staircase in space. Count the stairs as you go up (which keeps your mind occupied so you’re not thinking about your to do list or your problems.)

When you reach the top of the stairs there will be a door just hanging out in space. When you go through the door you’ll be transported to a new scene, for example a cozy room, garden, a beach, or a temple. The place would depend on where you are most comfortable.

Invite the person’s higher self to come sit with you. You will notice that the higher self either looks just like the person you’re trying to reach or he or she can present differently.

Then have a nice chat with the person’s higher self. Talk about whatever you want to talk about. For example if there is a rift between you or a problem you need to solve, you can talk to the person’s higher self about what you need to do to get yourselves past it. If there are other things you want to express to the person, you can speak to the higher self about it and seek advise on how best to communicate with the human being.

You can also send them love. Take the hands of the higher self, gaze into their eyes and send unconditional love to them.

Any communication you have with the person’s higher self will trickle into that person’s energy. They will feel it, even if they are asleep and even if they don’t know where it’s coming from. Doing this could also cause the person to start thinking about you.

Some of us might be wondering if we can send negative energy to the person through the higher self. We can try but the higher self will block the energy so as not to negatively affect their incarnated self.  Sending negative energy will also backfire on the person sending the energy.”

If I had the choice, I would rather that people talk first to my higher self in relation to more difficult issues that anyone would like to discuss with the human me. My higher self has more wisdom, patience and understanding. If the right words are difficult to convey, use thoughts and feelings to communicate.

My higher self will know what ideas to feed my human counterpart.

Soul communication is another brilliant and unique way to communicate with someone we can not physically reach. Why not give it a try ?

Mama's investment tips

I consider myself one of the luckiest people on earth, because I was fortunate enough to enjoy not only a mother’s love but also her financial acumen.

Every mother has a knack for budgeting, but my Mama, subjectively speaking, is a financial wizard.

Not only did she teach me to stay strong in the face of adversity, she also taught me the basics of how money works and learn to speak the language of money.

Allow me to introduce to you my mother Emilia Dela Serna Rosales Villamor.

She is my grandma’s only offspring to a man surnamed Maño.

A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce at the University of San Jose Recoletos, she worked as one of the accountants and, later, one of the auditors of the Aboitiz Group of Companies right after she graduated until she died. That was how loyal she was to one company.

However, she also had a sideline  — bookkeeping jobs every weekend for small stores across the Carbon market.

Through the years, she left behind nuggets of financial / investment wisdom.

1. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF COMPOUND INTEREST
Compound interest is when the interest you earn on a balance in a savings or investing account is reinvested, earning you more interestCompound interest accelerates the growth of your savings and investments over time — Wikipedia

I first heard Mama talk to me about this when I was around 9 years old.  We were at the bank because she wanted to open for me a savings and time deposit account. She told me that “compound interest” will work very well for me because I was young.

She said I can simply forget about it once the investment has been made and it will earn the longer it stays in the account.

Compound interest is such complex and unappetizing words for a 9 year old. I kept nodding without understanding what she was trying to put across, my mind wandering to the snacks we will be having later in the day.

I honestly forgot about that account. Most probably that was merged with another account I had later when I got older.

I  remember this advice because she kept repeating this to my siblings and to every young person she met.

2. NEVER INVEST A LOT OF MONEY ON ANYTHING THAT DEPRECIATES WITH TIME
Mama never invested a lot of money on apparel, shoes, bags, make-up or jewelry. She’s okay with wearing the same clothes week after week or giving me hand- me-downs (clothes, shoes, bags) from my sister.

Our car was always second hand.  Furniture at the house came from a thrift shop. All appliances in the house were those that were deemed necessary.

But she invested on real estate such as residential lots (including where I live), and company stocks (Aboitiz). Anything that would increase in value over time.

Although she was disciplined with money, she also had her quirks. I had the feeling she was a frustrated artist (She used to be a radio drama talent when she was still in college. She also sang solo in a church choir).  She probably wanted the creative side of her to reflect on me. She was willing to spend money to get me trained in the creative arts.

When I was around 4 years old,  she enrolled me in a ballet class. She told me I needed the discipline and the exercise.

I was then an overactive, adventurous kid who had the penchant for climbing trees, clambering over fences, wiggling my way through house windows to open locked doors. Mama knew she had to implement her plan when she saw me sitting precariously in one tree branch while reaching out to get a fruit.

Ballet class to her was the female equivalent of a military school. So, instead of Patintero, Tago-tago, Tumbapreso and Tubig-tubig; I learned Jete, Plie, Pirouette, Arabesque and Croise for a few years.

Was it worth the investment? Looking back, yes. I learned at a very early age what discipline looked like.  Even if they had to sometimes dress me up in leotards, tights and ballet shoes while I was asleep; or physically carry me to the studio. I had to be there at the appointed time to do the ballet exercises and poses. I had to learn the tedious lessons with no room for excuses. Mama made sure of that.

Years later, the ballet training served me well during school stage plays and musicals where body language is necessary.

3. RESEARCH ON INVESTMENT VEHICLES

Research on your investment vehicles. Let me say that a different way, do your research like your life depends on it before you invest.

You have to be familiar with what you are investing. Take into consideration various possible scenarios that might happen when you invest. Would it still be worth your money?

Being an accountant and auditor of the Aboitiz Group of Companies for several years, she invested only in stocks owned by the Aboitiz. This was so because she knew which company would do well in the future. Her favorite stocks, if I remember right, were AboitizPower, Aboitizland, Aboitiz Equity Ventures and Metaphil.

Investing for her was never about getting rich quick. It was always because she believed in the companies she invested in to weather major storms in the foreseeable future.

She also invested in time deposit at her favorite bank City Savings where the Aboitiz is a major shareholder.  Although the Aboitiz is also a major shareholder of Union Bank, the thrift bank City Savings has higher interest rate for time deposit, according to Mama. There were no digital banks during her time.

According to her, intensive research should also be made on prospective business partners, associates, clients, company, school, house help,  whoever and whatever you invest your time and money long term.

Again research and verify information.

This is critical because whoever you invest in for the long haul could affect your financial status.

You also become the people with whom you often surround yourself. Will this become a problem in the future?

Take a pause and ponder on these questions.

Who are your friends ?  Who are your business partners? Who do you spend your leisure time? Who do you seek advice ?  Who do you often talk to ?    Do you prefer the company of people you aspire to become ? Because, eventually, you adopt the moral values and financial habits of these people.

Think about that for a few minutes.

4. BE CONSISTENT IN SAVING AND INVESTING
Saving and investing shouldn’t be painful for those who have made it a habit.

Mama was the most consistent person I’ve ever known. Not only did she make saving and investing small amounts of money a habit, her actions were predictable.  She follows a routine like clockwork. I would know exactly where she would be and what she would be doing at a particular time and day.

That type of predictability and regularity is very reassuring to a kid who is dependent on a parent. However, it’s a different matter if I am part of her routine.

Everyday, Mama would pray the Angelus at 6pm and would require her children to participate. For a kid who cannot sit still and can only be found playing at the back of the church while the mass is ongoing, kneeling for a few minutes is torture. I usually end up sitting on the floor with my head resting on the seat of a chair sleeping.

I do struggle with being consistent.

However, for those like me who lack the discipline, there is the auto deposit feature of Gcash or the savings feature of digital banks.

I’m new to Tonik Digital Bank, but I like their Solo Stash feature. I’ts very convenient.  I’m also giving their Time Deposit a try because of the higher interest rate in comparison to regular physical banks.

5. INVEST IN ESSENTIALS SUCH AS HEALTH INSURANCE AND DEATH CARE SERVICES

These essentials should be among the first things anyone should invest.

When Mama passed away, we never had problems with death care service. We merely called the company and they took care of everything.

When I had an accident three years ago, I didn’t pay a single cent for hospital accommodation, surgery and medicine.  I had the Philippine Health Insurance and the owner of the Dormitel to pay for that. DTI’s Human Resource Officer coordinated with PhilHealth and the Dormitel to make sure full payment was made before I checked out of the hospital.

6. MAINTAIN A ZERO DEBT LIFESTYLE
A debt-free lifestyle makes it easier to save. More savings allows you to have enough money to invest.

A debt-free lifestyle can also increase your financial security. This means that you don’t have to worry about debt hanging over you if the unexpected happens.

One critical money lesson I learned from Mama is living below my means. I lost my appetite for shopping because of her.  In other words I don’t use shopping as an emotional crutch.

The only parts of the mall I often visit is the supermarket, bills payment center, food court, ATMs.

Mama with my cousins.

7. THINK LONG TERM ( LOYALTY )
“A rock that keeps rolling gathers no moss,” Mama always told me.

The word loyalty seems to be incongruent to investing for profit. But how can you harvest the benefits of your investments, if you keep pulling out your money in every crisis?

So as to be sure that you are invested in the right vehicle, make sure to research thoroughly.  Know all the risks of what you are investing. Know what you are getting yourself into.

Are you prepared to hold on to your investments for years? Investing in stocks can be a roller coaster ride. Do you have the emotional discipline to weather a crisis?

Actually, the research method can also be applied to people before you make an emotional investment.

But Mama said the heart is harder to tame and can sometimes make illogical decisions. She was such a generous soul that even if she knew her goodness was taken advantage by relatives it didn’t blunt her generosity.

Ironically, she wasn’t like that towards her biological father.

I don’t know grandpa’s first name,  but I do know that he is half -Spanish and that he has two daughters who live in Spain.

My mother didn’t tell me which side of the family was legitimate: the one in Spain or the one with Mama in it.

I was in awe and confused when I first heard Mama talking in Spanish to her half sisters about the death of someone in a long distance phone call.  It started cordially at first but later she became agitated. I don’t know the Spanish language, so I stared at her when I heard her talking in a language that was completely foreign to me.

I later asked what they were talking about. She told me that her half sister informed her that grandpa died. I also remember asking her what “Sin Verguenza” meant. I knew it wasn’t something good by the tone of her voice. She answered that she wasn’t really conversant in Spanish and that she didn’t know what came out of her mouth.

I used to wonder why she didn’t want me to learn Spanish since its obviously her 3rd language. She wouldn’t help me when I was having difficulty with my high school Spanish subject (Although she was my walking dictionary for the English language). But when I discovered the letters her half-sisters sent her, I understood why. All the letters were written in Spanish. I didn’t understand what it said, but I knew it broke her heart reading it. Even if I queried her about it, she’d just shake her head. In other words, she refused to talk about it. To this day, her side of the family is a big question mark to me.

Loyalty is such a big deal to Mama because it creates a stable foundation and a sense of security for every aspect in life, from personal to financial.

The commitment and dedication to something or to someone help build a lasting foundation for personal and financial relationships that can stand the test of time.

BOTTOM LINE
Learning about money and investing at any stage is going to take time on your part. It won’t always be easy. But if you want to know how to successfully manage and invest money, taking the time to educate yourself is worth it.

The point here is not to become extremely rich but to reach a point in your life where money doesn’t become an issue when you have to make critical decisions.

Mama said financial management isn’t just about where you park your investments, it’s also about choosing the people and activities you allow into your life, restructuring priorities and having the right moral values.

There are popular quotes that some of us may have come across which is relevant to this discussion:

“Who and what we surround ourselves with is who and what we become. In the midst of good people, it is easy to be good. In the midst of bad people, it is easy to be bad.”

“Money doesn’t buy happiness, nor can you purchase peace of mind.”

In other words, there is also a lot of inner work that needs to be done to be financially successful.

With luck, the lessons I have imbibed from Mama will also guide you down a financially solid path. And someday, you like me, may come to appreciate all that Mama adviced.

Ecopreneurship with Mary Rose

“If you think the economy is more important than the environment, try holding your breath whilst you count your money” – Dr. Guy McPherson

Ms. Mary Rose Arnejo, ecopreneur

Ecopreneurship is a relatively new term coined to represent entrepreneurs whose business efforts are not only driven by profit, but also by a concern for the environment.

As Filipinos gain a new appreciation for eco friendly practices, ecopreneurship has become more widespread  as an approach to identifying opportunities for improving environmental quality and capitalizing upon them for profit.

Ecopreneurs or green entrepreneurs are making a huge difference in how people do business by combining the idea of a greener future and having sustainable products as a lucrative business project to support that  idea.

Mary Rose Arnejo is one such ecopreneur. She established Eco Hub Cebu to help the public switch to a more sustainable lifestyle.

Knowing Filipinos’ penchant for buying products on sale, Arnejo came up with Eco Hub Cebu so people will not have to choose between affordability and sustainability.

The young industrial engineer has been creating environment-friendly products for the business since 2018. Her products ranges from reusable stainless steel cutlery to bamboo toothbrushes, organic soaps, and  eco shampoo bars.

Other products of her company include bagasse food packaging, bamboo coffee press, plantable pencils, refillable wooden pens, cacao nibs coconut sugar coated, chia seeds, collapsible tumbler.

MOTIVATION FOR ECOPRENEURSHIP
With the growing awareness of climate change, its links with natural catastrophes, and the urgent need for sustainable development, change is definitely in the air for Filipinos.

Like other young entrepreneurs, Arnejo saw a niche market for sustainable products. She also have the strong aspiration to help local farmers and her community.

“I truly want to make a difference, not just run a business,” Arnejo confessed.  “I realized that the only way I can effectively help in mitigating climate change is if I can convince a lot of people to adopt a greener lifestyle.”

SPUR YOUTH FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Even before becoming an ecopreneur, Arnejo was already an environmentalist while studying industrual engineering  at the Cebu Institute of Technology (CIT).

She headed the Industrial Engineering Council’s Project Nowtbuks (Now is the Time to Build Up Kids for Sustainability), which won the Best Flagship Award during the International Assembly of Youth for Unesco in 2014.

Arnejo was also chosen as the 2015 Most Outstanding Unesco Club Youth Leader of the Philippines and was among the outstanding graduates of CIT for school year 2015-2016.

Now with Eco Hub, she is making her mark as an entrepreneur with a fierce love for the environment.

“I am hoping that with Eco Hub Cebu more people will be aware of how their shopping choices will make an impact on the environment. Hopefully,  they decide to make more sustainable choices,” Arnejo mused.

ECO PENCIL
When Eco Hub Cebu started, one product became popular among buyers —- the “plantable” pencils.   Eco Hub pitched that one can grow plants from the eco pencil simply by placing the stub on a moist soil.

Arnejo says that these “plantable” pencils are no different to regular pencils, except that its tail end is a “gelatin capsule” that contains plant seeds instead of an eraser enclosed in a metal case. When the pencil becomes too short to be used, one can simply plant it in potted soil and let it grow.

One can choose from basil, mint, citronella,  tomato, sunflower, or carrot seeds, among others.

“So, instead of being thrown away, the pencil can be planted to grow herbs and vegetables,” Arnejo said.

Arnejo also disclosed that the capsules are preservative-free and non-GMO. The pencil is made of sustainable wood, graphite and clay.

The concept of a “plantable” pencil did not come from Arnejo but was inspired by a similar product pioneered by Sprout World, a company based in Europe.

“Thank God, the response has been positive on social media,” Arnejo happily disclosed. “A lot of our plantable pencils have been sold.”

Many of the buyers are those who cook and raise their own vegetables and herbs. There are some companies that buy the pencils for office use and as giveaways to clients.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM AND CO-WORKING SPACE
Eco Hub Cebu currently has an Affiliate Program for those interested to earn while giving discounts to their friends.

Recently, Eco Hub Cebu acquired a co-working Space called Cocoon: Cozy cave for Morphers. It is the newest eco-conscious coworking space in the city. The company aims to host members who thrive on progress both in career and environmental sustainability.

Cocoon offers a fast internet connection with speed of up to 100mbps, ergonomic chairs, designated workstations, designated power outlets, and an outdoor working area.  The co-working space also serves eco-friendly, and locally sourced food and drinks.

You can visit Cocoon from 8AM-9PM Monday to Sunday at the 2nd level of Sy Building, F. Llamas Street, Tisa, Cebu City. For queries, click on the following link: https://ecohubcebu.com/

KMME COACHING FOR NEW ENTREPRENEURS
New entrepreneurs who want to gain the business knowledge Arnejo enjoyed can enroll at the Department of Trade and Industry’s  Kapatid Mentor Micro Enterprise (DTI-KMME) Online Course.

Arnejo, a KMME Online Batch 1 graduate, enthused that “the best part of KMME is networking with like minded entrepreneurs who share the passion of nurturing locally based companies and promoting goods for domestic and foreign markets.”
